Sometimes, life leads you down a path you never expected. A path of deep inner work, letting go, remembering, and ultimately, sharing. This is the story of how my personal journey inward became the foundation for The Source—a space for growth, connection, and transformation.

From an inner spark to the first steps

It all started with a desire. Or perhaps, an unstoppable inner stirring.
I felt so stuck. Restless, anxious, not knowing what to do. And from that place, I began to search.
With a deep sense of unease and the knowing that there had to be more. I’d always felt it. Always known it. And now, it was apparently time to embark on a journey of discovery.
Uncomfortable. Uncertain. Exploring completely new territory.
And I wouldn’t have missed it for the world.

Because the questions kept circling in my mind:
What is there beyond the daily routine? Beyond the roles I fulfill? Beyond the stories I believe about myself?
What is this reality really about? And who am I?

It became an intense journey of letting go—of trauma, patterns, beliefs—and a journey of discovery. Discovering who I am, what life truly is, and what I am here to do.

The fear and tension set me on this path. And with every step I took, everything I needed was given to me. It all came into my experience at just the right time.
I absorbed all the information like a sponge, knowing deep inside: this is a sacred and intimate process of transformation.
This is happening from within.
This is what I want. This is what my heart is calling me toward. I cannot do anything other than follow my heart. No matter what my mind says. No matter how vulnerable or intense it feels.

I wrote, I listened, I reprogrammed myself. And with the right people at the right time, I gradually received invitations to share. Gently, subtly, softly, step by step. Life itself extended the invitation: you may share what you have received. Share it in your own unique way, with your own unique tone of voice.

And that, in itself, became the next step. Because speaking up? Sharing my voice? That felt so daunting.
But there was something deep within me that yearned to do just that—because sharing amplifies this energy within me. It creates growth. For myself. And for everyone who resonates with it and feels drawn to it.

From a private space to global connection

The first form The Source took was small and intimate.
By invitation, I began sharing daily meditations in a private group. Being together with people who continuously sought and strengthened their deeper connection to themselves and to Source—it was so beautiful.
It gave me, for several years, the perfect safe space for my own process.

From there, it grew. In a truly wondrous way, the first version of the app came into being—a place where a step-by-step consciousness journey could unfold. Daily guidance, daily steps closer to yourself.

That was just the beginning.

Last year, when I asked, “What wants to happen next?” the answer was clear: sharing on Insight Timer, a global platform for meditations and courses. The Source found a place to flow freely there. It feels like a beautiful expansion of what once began so small: insights and energy now reaching the world.

Where everything comes together

And now? Now I feel that a new phase is unfolding. This past year has been one of immense growth within myself. I barely recognize myself—or my circumstances—anymore. So much has happened in just a year and a half.

And that is merely a reflection of the consciousness that has become increasingly embodied within me during this time. It now calls for a new form. It is changing its shape once again.
A form that can support people even more deeply on their own inner journeys.

The second version of the app is on the horizon. With more depth, more possibilities, and an even clearer structure to guide you on your path. This is not just an app; this is a journey. A journey of awakening, releasing, and living from your highest potential.

Why this matters now

The work of The Source is not just about me. It’s about all of us. About how, by turning inward and letting go of our limitations, we can together contribute to a new reality. A reality of love, freedom, and trust.
