You reconnect with Source.
You regulate trauma patterns.
You build inner safety and co-regulation.
You begin releasing ego structures rooted in self-rejection.
This phase is about creating stability in higher frequency.
Because we first find safety within ourselves.
Expansion can come when the body feels safe enough.
Nothing appears by chance. Life brings you exactly what is ready to be seen.
Phase 2
Perspective

Week 9-14
Identity begins to loosen.
You explore brain channels.
Earth grids.
Perception shifts.
The Divine Father frequency.
Zero-point awareness.
Here you move from “I am healing”
to “I am consciousness incarnated.”
Phase 3
Creation

Week 15-20
You begin to discover what Source truly is,
where it can be found;
in the Universe,
and within you.
You experience the Mind, the Heart, and the Body
of Creation itself,
of which you are a living expression in human form.
And you discover that you are more.

You begin to experience your own Divine Essence.
Your Essence and your human self start to integrate.
Purpose awakens.
And with it, the remembrance of your own origin.
Your cells begin to remember more of who you truly are.
And from here, life starts to feel very different.

You begin to discover what Source truly is,
where it can be found;
in the Universe,
and within you.
You experience the Mind, the Heart, and the Body
of Creation itself,
of which you are a living expression in human form.
And you discover that you are more.

You begin to experience your own Divine Essence.
Your Essence and your human self start to integrate.
Purpose awakens.
And with it, the remembrance of your own origin.
